We hope you love your Mighty Good purchase! If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 7 days of purchase.
We accept returns on a credit note basis and if:
– Items are unworn and in original packaging
– Remains in a saleable condition
– Faulty garment – if this is the case we will organise an exchange
We do not accept returns if:
– You purchased during a promotional event – all sales are final.
– The garment has been worn. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on worn underwear.
The cost of returning items is at the expense of the customer unless the item is faulty.
